“PageHandlerFactory-Integrated” has a bad module

I was receiving this error:

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error

Handler "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list.

This link provided a solution for the issue. There are two solutions on this page. The bottom solution that involves using aspnet_regiis.exe is the one that worked on my machine.
